Hi everyone! Welcome to our blog! We're so excited for this new adventure starting right now. It's been a while since we've started working on the project of this blog and today it's finally the time to share it with the world. Yaaay! We couldn't be happier!
Let's start with a short introduction. We are Vanilla & Julia, twin sisters from Italy (Rome). Our biggest passion in life is music and singing and we're studying hard to make a job of it. On November 2015 we opened our Youtube page and started posting covers of songs. But music is just one of the many ways we enjoy expressing ourselves. So we've decided to create this space, where we'll write about many topics, such as beauty, fashion, fitness and meditation, and mainly about our twin life.
This "Twineapples" blog is going to be a sort of diary for us. We'll talk about our favorite topics, try out new beauty tips and products, create fitness and yoga challenges together and we hope you'll have fun with us! But before we continue, we really need to share a message.
We believe that life is meant to be lived happily and that the best thing can come out from every situation: "Never give up" is our mantra!
But in order to live a happy life, we all have to learn to do something first.
We need to start loving ourselves.
We need to be physically healthy and mentally strong.
We need to learn to respect and love others, and to express our own uniqueness.
Meditation and fitness are a big part of our life, because we know nothing is more powerful than feeling good in our own skin, both physically and mentally.
We love to express ourselves through fashion and makeup, too. But we don't use it to cover up our features, or to turn us into someone else.
You have to love your body. Take care of it. Create healthy habits, workout to achieve your body goals, and become the best version of you. Also, take care of your mind. You'll never know the power of feeling in control of your happiness, until you try meditation at least once.
This is what this blog is really about.
Learning to love ourselves for who we are and finding out the amazing power of being kind to others.
