Some days ago we wrote an article about breaking bad habits and create new good ones to change our life for the better and achieving our goals. We said that it's not easy - at all - to break a bad habit because 99% of cases you need to wait to see results, and if they don't come fast, it's easy to feel like giving up and to break those new good ones we were starting to create.
Another thing that prevents us from changing our life and achieving our goals is DISORGANIZATION .
We have a very busy life, many things to do, and it seems to us we don't have enough time for what's important, for what we want.
For example, some of you will tell us: "I don't work-out, though I'd want to, because I don't have time to do it ".
Nothing more wrong.
There's always enough time for what's important.
You just have to decide what deserves your time and your attention and what doesn't.
We have 24 hours a day, everyday. We do have the time to take little steps every single day.
You just have to have a better organization.
5 TIPS ( TO ORGANIZE YOUR LIFE)
1. You can start by setting your priorities every day, and doing the most important first.
2. Keep a diary and each night, before
bed, set your goals for the next day on your "To-Do List "
and check it every morning before starting your day.
3. During the day try turning all your electronics and screens
off, if they're distracting you.
Say "no " to these distractions especially before bed, to get better sleep.
4. Remember, the first step to a productive day is to sleep well and get into bed in time the night before.
Sleep is meant to restore your body and mind so you need to sleep well.
5. Find the time to meditate. It will help you to take control of your mind, get rid of insecurities and stay focused on your goal with positive
vibes.
