Hi everyone! Today we want to tell you more about our biggest passion: Music!
Ever since we were little, singing was what we loved the most. At first we used to sing in the shower, or in our bedroom together, but when we were 15 we started taking lessons. We've been studying for 6 years now, and we're going to attend a Music Academy on September. We surely have much more to learn, and we can't wait!
We grew up listening to and enjoying all different music genres: pop and R&B, soul music, hip-hop and reggae, jazz and blues singers, but we also enjoy country songs, African music and French artists.
We are "crazy in love" with Beyoncé ( is she even human? ), Amy Winehouse, Rihanna, Etta James, Ella Fitzgerald, Tina Turner, Nina Simone, and many other contemporary artists, such as Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus and Adele.
As we said on the previous post, on November 2015 we opened our Youtube page and started posting covers of songs. It's been a while since we uploaded a new cover, but we'll start again very soon :) In the meanwhile you can check the old ones..
Till now we've recorded only covers of songs by artists we like, or popular songs, but recently we've started writing some original lyrics, too.. though we don't feel ready to work on our own music, yet, or to share it with the world. But we will soon!
Music is our biggest passion and we are very lucky to study for something we really like. Sometimes people don't understand the importance of pursuing their own passions, they don't believe they can achieve their goals, and they let their dreams fade out.
Don't ever do that! This is your own life, you do can choose to live doing what makes you happy! We have just one life, and there's nothing we can't do, be or achieve.
